I usually hate fiddly little accessories, but these screw on in seconds and completely change the whole mood of my string lights. The soft, diffused glow is exactly what my patio needed, and they feel sturdy enough to leave up all year.

The silicone bulbs slide on effortlessly and really soften the glare — now our string lights look like warm little lanterns instead of harsh dots. I’ve already re-done the patio and the bedroom garland with them.

I was skeptical they’d fit snugly, but the silicon grips onto my existing bulbs without any slipping, and the bulb shape totally softens the harsh edges. Now I’m using them for a cozy string light setup in the hallway all year round, not just holidays.
